wilkinstan- One of my favourite loafers.

The positive reaction has been generated by the new design direction the brand has taken and from the
introduction of the new Good Year Welted and ‘Oliver Sweeney London’ collections. These lines have
taken a more of a contemporary approach whilst retaining original characteristics of an Oliver Sweeney
shoe.

Oliver Sweeney recently launched a high impact advertising campaign across London, using prominent
96 sheet Outdoor Plus billboards  The creative focuses simply on the Oliver Sweeney logo, a beautifully
crafted shoe, the signature green inner sole with a simple caption – NOT FOR TIP- TOEING. The
campaign  has been designed to entice loyal and new consumers to the stores to discover the current
collection of footwear, apparel and accessories. More creative concepts to support the brand are due to
follow in the early Autumn.

LOUIS VUITTON S/S 11 PRESS DAY.

As I entered the Head Office of Louis Vuitton on Old Bond Street for the preview of their Spring/Summer 2011 collection i knew i was going to be seeing a collection thats worth seeing. Marc Jacobs never ceaseS disappoint me. The collection is very glamorous and very flattering to the female figure.
There is gloss, glitter and glamour in this Spring/Summer 2011 Louis Vuitton collection. There is also a dazzling color, shimmering texture and mesmerizing movement.

The season's shoes are high heels sandals which sensually reveal the feet with slender straps in glossy patent leather, combined with the touches of suede, lizard or satin. Here, too, detail is the key. The heels come adored with flapper-style fringes or in the shape of animals legs encrusted with strass and crystal.

Amazon skydiving inspires the collection's army issue parachute construction and lightweight silks. It is also worth mentioning that New York's superstar tattoo artist Scott Campbell had an input in the classic pattern and animal signs from the chinese zodiac.

Peckham Rye LONDON

Peckham Ryes own humble beginnings are to be found in mid eighteenth century London in Peckham Rye itself with the gentlemens present owner.

Charles tailoring career began when he was just 14 years, enlisting in the post Napoleonic British Army in 1854. Charles was both a boy solider and tailor to the 7th Royal Fusilier regiment and upon discharge returned to his Peckham Rye 1878, where he continued his skill - to cut top coats and trousers for London gentlemen, marking patterns out on newspapers quill and all.

Peckham Rye has a clever twist to its name, not only is it the place for the forebears tailoring company, but also it is the London cockney rhyming slang for the tie. and as such they take their London name as their trade for they are Londons master Silk Peckham Rye and scarf maker.

Thier ties and scarves contain all thier proud family traditions and as makers to the great tailoring firms os Savile Row. Most of their customers are also Savile Row based.

One good thing  that can be said for Peckham Rye's craft is that they have still managed to mantain  the good quality tradition and standards so the true London cut.

It is with a sense of pride that they continue their family tradition or making exceptional pieces of exceptional people.

t

The shop is located on 11 Newburgh Street - Carnby, London, W1F 7RW. It is shop worth visiting. If you man with a true taste and style then i would certainly suggest Peckham Rye pieces. Update your look and stand out in the crowd.

Jaeger Spring Summer 2011 Press Day (The Launch of Boutique By Jaeger)

Jaeger launched a boutique for its new dazzling Spring/ Summer 2011 collection  for the fashion fervent woman. The launch took place on Wednesday, 10th November 2010 in the prestigious flagship store on Regent Street.

The exhilarating  line captures the liberated spirit of the 60s and marries it with a contemporary rock & roll vibe, offering you a capsule wardrobe brimming with attitude and intoxicated by fashion.

Very Rock 'n' Roll Necklace

I love the detailing of the menswear from the shirts to the suits. There are so many looks that can be created from your everyday wear to any other occasion.

Also the fine soft tops and usual fabric like the electric blue crepe and wet look collars of shirts and separates. The collection also carries its individuality and very wearable.

There is also a covetous array of accessories including cuffs and scarves and very affordable price range.

For me it is a very cool range and the sharp tailoring put a maximum pact on the clothes and it makes it makes stand out in terms of its quality.
